Cruise Dealer Accelerator is an innovator in the automotive world, offering a one-of-a-kind lead generating system that is unmatched in the industry. Currently, we are expanding our BDC services and looking to add several motivated and reliable representatives to our team.
Responsibilities:
The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing inbound calls, texts, and internet leads on behalf of our clients. Essential duties are as follows:

Handle all customer inquiries with a focus on 100% satisfaction

Receive inbound calls with a goal to establish a firm appointment date
-
Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while utilizing detailed call scripts
-
Work collaboratively to provide ideas for growth and improvement

Facilitate timely follow-up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures

Partner with team leadership on various administrative activities outside the virtual call center

Participate in weekly team meetings; other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
-
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in the English language, via phone, one-on-one and online are a must
-
Proven customer service track-record or obvious desire to provide next-level customer service

Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

Friendly, outgoing and comfortable handling objections

Out-of-the-box thinker

Extremely punctual and reliable
-
Must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a Results Only Work Environment (ROWE)

Basic computer skills and a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
